July Monthly Travel meeting - Skinners in Lockport

Tuesday, July 28, 2020 6:00 PM to Tuesday, July 28, 2020 8:45 PM

CCMB Members, & Potential members

The time has finally come for us to venture out and have a formal General Meeting. With proper social distancing, and all Covid 19 precautions being taken, of course.

We will be meeting as follows:
- Location - Skinners (under the bridge), 608 River Road, Lockport
- Date - Tuesday, July 28/20
- Time - Meeting will start at 7:30.
- If you want to grab some supper before the meeting, plan to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30

Notes for the meeting:
- We have an area, at the north end of the building, reserved for us. Socially distanced picnic tables will be set up and available.
- There will be NO access to the inside of the building, including washrooms. A porta potty, normally only for Skinners marketplace, will be there for our use.
- All food and drink orders will be done at the "take out" windows.
- Because there is no option to go inside, if the weather is not good, we will have to reschedule the meeting. If that happens, notification will be sent out on the 28th indicating the meeting has been postponed.

Skinners and the CCMB will be strictly following governmental Covid 19 regulations and recommendations with regards to group gatherings.

So Skinners can arrange proper staffing, and we can have everything setup appropriately, everyone who is planning to attend must RSVP, ASAP, with a deadline of Sunday, July 26. Do not reply to this email. Instead send me an email, text, WhatsApp or call me. If you have any questions, or concerns, use the same method. My information will be at the bottom of this email, in case anyone needs it.

It will be great to see everyone again, and "break bread".

For this meeting, we will not have a formal "meet and drive" to the meeting. We will, instead, just meet at the restaurant.
